I help international SMEs translate long-term ambition into actionable strategy — combining senior corporate experience with hands-on AI and transformation expertise.
Over 10+ years I have owned end-to-end strategy cycles, translated company's long-term ambition into actionable initiatives, delivered large-scale project implementations, and managed cross-functional project portfolios at global companies including Lindt & Sprüngli, adidas and Odlo. More recently I have focused on AI exploration and adoption — designing frameworks that help companies capture value from AI safely, with the right compliance and IT security guardrails.
My background is international by design. I have lived and worked in Vietnam, Germany and Switzerland, and I bring deep operational understanding of both Asian and European markets. I am currently based in Zurich.
